We are seeking a FULL-TIME OFFICE MANAGER who is dedicated, creative, and forward-thinking to join us in September 2025. Our mission is to provide integrative, warm psychiatric care to a diverse community.
As we continue to grow Webster Clinic, we’re seeking an Office Manager to serve as the logistical and interpersonal hub of our practice. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and creating day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, providing patient-related service, and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, and additionally, interfacing creatively with the outside populations and communities through media and other projects. This is a rare opportunity for someone drawn to precision, warmth, and behind-the-scenes work that will form the backbone of a therapeutic clinic allowing important clinical relationships to flourish.
COMPENSATION
$80-90k annually, commensurate with experience and scope of responsibilities. Performance-based bonuses evaluated regularly. Annual reviews with opportunities for role expansion, leadership development, and salary growth.
Full-time Office Manager Position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational leadership in maintaining the daily dynamics of the clinic including patient scheduling, clinician coordination and supporting hybrid work. Create administrative infrastructure of managing billing processes, clinician onboarding, EHR workflows, and communication with outside organizations. Act as a first point of contact for prospective patients balancing discretion, care, and clarity. Partner directly with the clinic head to refine systems, support hiring, and implementing services. Foster a culture of equity, curiosity, and inclusion especially for our LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

Full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Position
COMPENSATION
Webster Clinic offers a competitive base salary based on internal and external compensation benchmarks. A productivity-based profit sharing-pool is available at 18 months of employment. Drop a line for further details.
RESPONSIBILITIES
24 patient-facing hours per week with children, adolescents, and adults with your preferred mix of psychotherapy and medication management and parent guidance. Peer supervision, clinical mentorship, and other non-clinical weekly meetings are also provided.
BENEFITS
