Full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Position
COMPENSATION
Webster Clinic offers a competitive base salary based on internal and external compensation benchmarks. A productivity-based profit sharing-pool is available at 18 months of employment. Drop a line for further details.
RESPONSIBILITIES
24 patient-facing hours per week with children, adolescents, and adults with your preferred mix of psychotherapy and medication management and parent guidance. Peer supervision, clinical mentorship, and other non-clinical weekly meetings are also provided.
BENEFITS
In addition to working with a collegial team, healthcare, dental, parking, PTO, and credit for psychoanalytic training are included. Six weeks paid vacation, one week of CME, and major holidays are provided. A four week sabbatical is offered after four years of employment. Webster Clinic provides professional and personal development including peer supervision, clinical mentorship, and even CME credit for psychoanalytic training.
