    CEO, FOUNDER

    Harvard-trained and board-certified, Dr. Webster provides integrated psychotherapy and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. A physician-educator at Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital, he is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst and serves on the Board of Trustees at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute and on the Board of Editors for Psychoanalytic Study of the Child. His clinical focus: identity development and complex presentations at the intersection of anxiety, mood, ADHD, and culture, delivered with a culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC-affirming approach. His expertise includes queer parenthood, gender diverse youth, and professionals of color. He consults to schools and universities and welcomes collaboration with pediatric and specialty teams.

    Christine Crawford MD MPH

    CHILD, ADOLESCENT, & ADULT PSYCHIATRIST

    Dr. Crawford brings a decade of academic and community leadership to evidence-based, family-centered care for youth, adults, and couples. Former Vice Chair of Education and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Boston University, she was BU’s 2025 “Educator of the Year.” She has led care in Boston Medical Center’s WRAP (early psychosis) program and served as Medical Director for Boston Public Schools’ clinician program. A trusted public educator, she appears regularly in national media and serves as Associate Medical Director for NAMI. Dr. Crawford authored You Are Not Alone: The NAMI Guide to Navigating Your Child’s Mental Health. At Webster Clinic, she integrates psychotherapy and medication with school and pediatric coordination to reduce fragmented care. Ideal for families seeking depth, clarity, and partnership.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Anahit ensures a seamless experience, from first contact to ongoing coordination, with warmth, discretion, and efficiency. Fluent in four languages and trained in education and operations, she has led academic operations, events, and process improvements across international schools, startups, and nonprofits. At Webster Clinic, she manages scheduling, intake, system improvements, and school coordination so clinicians, individuals, and families can focus on care. She is the center of our organized, patient-first system; referring partners can expect timely, secure communication.

    CHIEF MORALE OFFICER (Unofficial)

    Zadie brings to Webster Clinic a daily dose of calm and cheer. She starts mornings with quiet hallway rounds, settles under desks during sessions, and accepts ample head scratches. Zadie has a gift for reading the room, hanging back when someone needs space, or offering a gentle nudge when a heartfelt moment calls for connection. When she’s off duty, you’ll find her sunbathing near windows or escorting clinicians on brisk walks.
